Established in 2019 in Boise Idaho, Hg80 Architecture specializes in single-family residential and multi-family residential projects. I also offer home energy audits and adaptation services, helping families build household resiliency via building retrofits and site design.
Ashley S. Quick, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
I earned a Masters of Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2005, summa cum laude. After college, I spent a few years at a large architecture firm in Baltimore, MD, working on educational and healthcare facilities, and earning my LEED certification. After moving to Boise with my husband, I finished my internship and my licensing exams. I became a stay at home mom and started to recognize the failures in residential design - both in my own 1950’s home and in my friends’ new builds. Whether it’s lack of storage space, a dysfunctional kitchen, or poor energy efficiency, most homes have flaws that homeowners find themselves having to “live with.”
I started Hg80 to help my friends find solutions to those issues. I love working with my clients to nail down their daily needs and workflows, personal aesthetics, and budget. Those are the ingredients for our design. And together, we can turn those ingredients into gold.
