This 22-unit, 2 building luxury condo development in Harris Ranch, Boise, features a rooftop deck, gym, and sauna. The project is designed to harmonize with the Boise foothills through its clean lines, natural materials, and abundant light.

I stepped in to this project at the beginning of the Design Development phase, and it is currently wrapping up permitting. Renderings shown are from earlier in the project (by Hg80), new updated renderings coming soon!
